Butler Drop In Induction Warmer (Model DIW-1.0 Square) is a drop-in induction warmer designed for buffet counters and catering applications that keeps food at serving temperature without open flames or hot surfaces. No flames or hot surfaces provide for a safer, cooler kitchen. They are a boon for modern day buffets making the food warming more attractive, safe and free of odours caused by burners. Available in a choice of two models – one suitable for placement of GN 1/1 induction compatible chafing dishes and a newly introduced version that can take square shaped dishes.

It has a stainless steel body with a glass hob, a power regulation knob, a temperature display on the glass plate, and electronic overheating protection for safety. The unit operates on 220–240 V at 50 Hz with 1000 W power, offers a temperature range of 40 °C to 100 °C, and its overall dimensions are 340 × 340 × 80 mm with a cut-out size of 320 × 320 mm for installation into counters.
