The Butler Steam Master-4E Premia Steamer comes with touch controls and can steam a wide variety of items including rice, corn, idlis, dhoklas, momos, potatoes, vegetables, eggs, fish, chicken and more. It is way more cost effective an appliance as compared to combi steamers when the requirement is essentially steaming. Made in high quality stainless steel it is also energy efficient and comes with several safety features viz., door locking system, dry fire protection and an auto water feeding float ball.

The Butler Steam Master-4E Premia Steamer is a compact commercial electric steamer operating on 220 V single-phase power with a 4.0 kW heating capacity. It comes with four SS 304 stainless-steel trays (400 × 300 mm), supports efficient multi-item steaming, and handles up to 2.5 kg of rice per tray. The unit measures 480 × 720 × 770 mm (W × D × H) and weighs 40 kg, built with a stainless-steel body, it features touch controls, automatic water feeding, dry-fire protection, and a safety door lock, making it suitable for restaurants, catering units, and institutional kitchens.
