It is way more cost effective an appliance as compared to combi steamers when the requirement is essentially steaming. Made in high quality stainless steel it is also energy efficient and comes with several safety features viz., door locking system, dry fire protection and an auto water feeding float ball.

The Butler Steam Master-12E Premia is a 12-tray electric commercial steamer designed for high-volume kitchens. It runs on 380 V power with a 12 kW load and features durable stainless-steel construction with SS 304 trays (600 × 400 mm). Each tray can handle up to 3.5 kg of cooked rice, making it suitable for steaming a wide range of foods. The unit includes touch controls, door safety lock, dry-fire protection, and automatic water feed, with compact dimensions of approximately 720 × 670 × 1530 mm for efficient kitchen placement.
