It is way more cost effective an appliance as compared to combi steamers when the requirement is essentially steaming. Made in high quality stainless steel it is also energy efficient and comes with several safety features viz., door locking system, dry fire protection and an auto water feeding float ball.

The Butler Steam Master-6E Premia is a commercial electric steamer powered by a 380 V, 9.0 kW heating system, designed for efficient and consistent steaming. It features six SS 304 stainless steel trays (600 × 400 mm) that can hold up to 3.5 kg of cooked rice, a durable stainless-steel body, and is suitable for preparing idlis, vegetables, rice, and other steamed foods. With compact dimensions of approximately 720 × 670 × 1050 mm, it is ideal for restaurants, caterers, and institutional kitchens requiring reliable medium-capacity steaming.
