It features a thermo-tube heating design with stainless steel construction including the frypot, front door and backsplash, and comes with two fry baskets and an adjustable wire-form basket hanger on steel legs. The fryer runs on 380 V/50 Hz with a 10 kW power rating, has a single 21-litre tank, and overall dimensions of 420 × 830 × 1080 mm, with each basket measuring 360 × 420 × 270 mm.
