The Butler Steam Master-12G is a versatile equipment that can steam a wide variety of items including rice, corn, idlis, dhoklas, momos, potatoes, vegetables, eggs, fish, chicken and more. It is way more cost effective an appliance as compared to combi steamers when the requirement is essentially steaming. Made in high quality stainless steel it is also energy efficient and comes with several safety features viz., door locking system, dry fire protection and an auto water feeding float ball. It is available in electric and gas varient.

The Butler Steam Master-12G is a heavy-duty commercial steamer designed for large-scale steaming of foods such as rice, vegetables, idlis, momos, eggs, fish, and chicken. It operates on a 220 V/50 Hz supply and features 12 stainless steel SS 304 trays each sized 600 × 400 mm, allowing high-volume batch steaming. Built from high-quality stainless steel for durability and hygiene, this unit has external dimensions of approximately 700 × 680 × 1720 mm and weighs around 70 kg. Each tray can steam up to 3.5 kg of cooked rice.
