Butler Hot Holding Cabinets (Model HHC-290) come with sturdy castors for ease of mobility enabling food service establishments transport hot food to the point of service. The fan assisted heating system ensures uniform temperatures inside the cabinet. Designed for GN 1/1 pans, they have a built-in humidity reservoir that keeps the heated food in perfect condition prior to being served.

Butler Hot Holding Cabinets (HHC-290) is a mobile stainless steel hot holding cabinet with a 290 L capacity designed to hold up to 20 GN1/1 pans (65 mm high), featuring fan assisted heating, a built in humidity reservoir, and a mechanical thermostat to maintain food at optimal serving temperatures across a 30–90 °C range. It operates on 220 V/50 Hz single phase power with a rated input of 1.85 kW and measures 672×830×1776 mm overall, providing even temperature distribution and durability for commercial kitchens.
