The Butler Ventless High Speed Oven (Model Concorde Plus Compact) is a revolutionary cooking solution that combines the quality of a convection oven, it is capable of cooking, toasting, grilling, regenerating, and baking a wide variety of fresh or frozen foods, steaks the power of accelerated air impingement, and the speed of microwave technology to deliver fast, consistent, and high-quality results. Unlike conventional microwaves that can leave food soggy or unevenly heated, Butler High Speed Ovens produce perfectly cooked dishes with crisp textures and excellent taste. Compact and space-saving, these ovens reduce the need for multiple appliances, making them ideal for modern commercial kitchens. The built-in catalytic converter breaks down grease-laden vapours, enabling true ventless operation without external exhaust.

Butler Ventless High Speed Oven (Concorde Compact Plus) combines the high performance of the Plus series with the smaller footprint of the Compact model. It measures approximately 403 × 589 × 608 mm with a 335 × 280 × 195 mm cooking chamber and weighs about 97 kg. Powered by two magnetrons (~2100 W) and two heaters (~5100 W), it achieves up to 20× faster cooking with a maximum power output of around 6500 W on a three‑phase 380–440 V system requiring 32 A. Like other models, it includes touchscreen control, programmability with 432 recipes, USB upload/download, adjustable temperature from 0–280 °C, and microwave/fan percentage controls, alongside ventless operation via a catalytic converter, removable rack, and stainless‑steel construction.
