The Trufrost Electric Oven cum Proofer (Model OVP-1212 Italia) has a single deck 2 tray electric oven built atop a Proofer. The outer cabinet is finished in brushed stainless. The oven is designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. Using infrared radiant heating tube, they bake the food rapidly and uniformly. The required temperature can be set up to 400°C and controlled automatically. The 2 door 12 tray Proofer section at the bottom allows you to set the perfect temperature and humidity levels to get consistent, repeatable results and can accommodate 12 pans (not supplied with the machines).

The (OVP-1212) Italia combines a single-deck, 2-tray electric oven with a 12-tray proofer in a compact stainless-finished body, designed for baking breads, cakes, and pastries. It runs on 9.2 kW power with a 380 V/50 Hz supply and weighs around 125 kg, with external dimensions of 1300 × 830 × 1420 mm (W × D × H). The internal oven size is 870 × 670 × 200 mm, and the unit provides a temperature range up to 400 °C in the oven along with adjustable proofer temperature and humidity settings for consistent results.
