The Trufrost (Model OVP-1212 Italia) is Electric Oven cum Proofer has a single deck 2 tray electric oven built atop a Proofer. The outer cabinet is finished in brushed stainless. The oven is designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. Using infrared radiant heating tube, they bake the food rapidly and uniformly. The required temperature can be set up to 400°C and controlled automatically. The 2 door 12 tray Proofer section at the bottom allows you to set the perfect temperature and humidity levels to get consistent, repeatable results and can accommodate 12 pans (not supplied with the machines).

The oven section delivers 9.2 kW of power with infrared radiant heating for rapid, uniform baking and supports a temperature range up to 400 °C, while the bottom proofer section allows controlled proofing at humidified temperatures from approximately 30 °C to 110 °C for consistent dough rising results. Constructed with a brushed stainless steel exterior, the unit weighs about 125 kg and has overall dimensions of roughly 1300 × 830 × 1420 mm (W×D×H), with the oven’s internal cavity measuring about 870 × 670 × 200 mm. It operates on a 380 V/50 Hz electrical supply.
