The Trufrost Electric Oven cum Proofer (Model OVP-1224 Italia) comes in two variants – a 1 deck/ 2 tray or a 2 deck/4 tray electric oven built atop a 12 tray proofer. The outer cabinet is finished in brushed stainless. The oven is designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. The required temperature can be set up to 400°C and controlled automatically. The 2 door proofer section at the bottom allows you to set the perfect temperature and humidity levels for consistent, repeatable results and can accommodate 12 pans (not supplied with the machines).

The (OVP-1224) Italia is a robust electric oven combined with a proofer, featuring a 2-deck, 4-tray electric oven built atop a 12-tray proofer, finished in brushed stainless steel for durability and hygiene. It is powered by 15.8 kW on a 380 V/50 Hz electrical supply, weighs approximately 210 kg, and has overall dimensions of 1300 × 830 × 1850 mm (W × D × H). Each oven chamber offers internal dimensions of 870 × 670 × 200 mm, and the temperature range can be set up to 400 °C for baking, while the proofer section provides controlled temperature and humidity for dough fermentation.
