The Trufrost (Model PS 200) 2 Door Trufrost Preparation Counter brings in an exceptional efficiency to the preparation of pizzas, salads, starters, sandwiches, desserts and more. It is designed to accommodate 5 GN 1/6 pans on its deck.

The Trufrost (Model PS 200) has external dimensions of approximately 900 mm (W) × 700 mm (D) × 970 mm (H) and provides about 240 litres of internal chilled storage space with internal dimensions near 830 mm × 595 mm × 510 mm. The unit uses a static cooling system with R134a refrigerant, operates in a temperature range of around +2 °C to +10 °C, and draws about 300 W of input power. It includes two doors, four shelves, and GN compatibility with GN 1/1 shelving per door, making it suitable for organized storage of chilled ingredients. Built of robust stainless steel and weighing about 68 kg.
