The Trufrost (Model PS 200 Premia) 2 Door Preparation Counter brings in an exceptional efficiency to the preparation of pizzas, salads, starters, sandwiches, desserts and more. It is designed to accommodate 5 GN 1/6 pans on its deck. This premia model comes with insulated lids.

The Trufrost (PS 200 Premia) has external dimensions of approximately 900 × 700 × 970 mm with an internal storage space of about 830 × 595 × 510 mm, yielding a total volume of around 240 litres. The unit uses a static cooling system with R134a refrigerant to maintain temperatures in the range of roughly +2 °C to +10 °C, helping preserve ingredients during busy service periods. It’s equipped with two doors and four shelves, each capable of accommodating GN 1/1 shelving for flexible storage, and its insulated lids help keep contents consistently chilled while reducing energy use. Built on a robust stainlesssteel frame and weighing about 68 kg.
