The Trufrost (SH-2000/800 (New)) unit measures approximately 1510 mm in width, 800 mm in depth, and 1085 mm in height, with internal dimensions of about 1052 × 630 × 560 mm and a total volume of around 390 litres. Its advanced ventilated cooling system uses R290 refrigerant to maintain a flexible temperature range from roughly –2 °C to +8 °C, ensuring ingredients stay fresh throughout busy service periods.
