The Trufrost (Model G-3100 BT) Freezer work table comes with 2 doors. Mounted on heavy duty lockable castors, it combines storage and preparation thereby enhancing the effectiveness of kitchen professionals. The refrigeration system is based on ventilated cooling with a no frost feature. Tested to perform well in hot kitchen environments, it is designed to address the wide-ranging needs right from the professional kitchen of a 5 star hotel to a Quick Service Restaurant.

The Trufrost (G-3100 BT) has external dimensions of 1360 mm (width) × 600 mm (depth) × 850 mm (height) and an internal storage space of approximately 799 mm × 480 mm × 564 mm, giving it a total volume of about 228 litres for frozen goods. The unit features two solid doors and two shelves, uses an efficient R290 refrigerant system with no-frost ventilated cooling, and maintains temperatures typically around –18 °C to –20 °C to preserve food quality in high-usage environments.
