The Trufrost (Model GN 2100 TN) refrigerated work tables, mounted on heavy duty lockable castors, combine storage and preparation thereby enhancing the effectiveness of kitchen professionals. Available in a choice of two refrigeration systems – Ventilated or Static with fan, these Chillers or Freezers are available in 2 and 3 door options.

The Trufrost (GN 2100 TN) is the two-door version in the same series, offering a larger refrigerated work table with external dimensions of 1360 × 700 × 860 mm and internal dimensions roughly 902 × 530 × 560 mm, resulting in a capacity of about 282 litres. Like the smaller model, it features a ventilated refrigeration system (R600a) with precise digital temperature control, a +2 °C to +10 °C operating range, and two interior shelves. Its design allows chefs to store and access a greater quantity of ingredients while providing a flat prep surface on top, and it also rides on heavy-duty castors for mobility.
