The Trufrost (Model SH-3000/800) 3 Door Preparation Counter brings in an exceptional efficiency to the preparation of pizzas, salads, starters, sandwiches, desserts and more. It is designed to accommodate 10 GN 1/3 pans on its deck.

The Trufrost (SH-3000/800) unit’s external dimensions are roughly 2025 mm (W) × 800 mm (D) × 1070 mm (H) with internal storage space of about 1605 × 584 × 586 mm, making it suitable for busy food prep lines. It uses a ventilated cooling system with R134a refrigerant to maintain temperatures from about –2 °C to +10 °C, ensuring consistent product freshness. Equipped with three insulated doors, three adjustable shelves, and an input power of approximately 360 W, the SH3000/800 combines high capacity with reliable performance, weighing around 160 kg.
