The Trufrost (Model PS 300) 3 Door Preparation Counter brings in an exceptional efficiency to the preparation of pizzas, salads, starters, sandwiches, desserts and more. It is designed to accommodate 8 GN 1/6 pans on its deck.

The Trufrost (PS 300) external footprint is about 1365 mm (W) × 700 mm (D) × 970 mm (H) with internal dimensions around 1295 mm × 595 mm × 455 mm, offering a chilled volume of approximately 392 litres. This model features a static cooling system with fan assistance and uses ecofriendly R290 refrigerant to maintain a consistent +2 °C to +8 °C temperature range while consuming around 240 W of power. It includes three doors, three shelves, and GN compatibility with GN 1/1 shelving per door, enabling wellorganized storage of ingredients across multiple compartments. With a robust stainless-steel build and a net weight near 104 kg.
