The Trufrost (Model G-3100 BT) refrigerated work tables, mounted on heavy duty lockable castors, combine storage and preparation thereby enhancing the effectiveness of kitchen professionals. Available in a choice of two refrigeration systems – Ventilated or Static with fan, these Chillers or Freezers are available in 2 and 3 door options.

The Trufrost (G-3100 BT) size measures 1795 mm (W) × 600 mm (D) × 850 mm (H), and it typically has an internal volume of around 339 litres for frozen storage. The model is equipped with three solid doors and three shelves, and like its smaller counterpart uses a ventilated cooling system with no-frost functionality to reliably maintain temperatures around –18 °C to –20 °C across the cabinet. Built on heavy-duty castors, the G 3100 BT ensures both mobility and stable positioning under counters.
