The Trufrost (Model G 3100 TN) refrigerated work tables, mounted on heavy duty lockable castors, combine storage and preparation thereby enhancing the effectiveness of kitchen professionals. Available in a choice of two refrigeration systems – Ventilated or Static with fan, these Chillers or Freezers are available in 2 and 3 door options.

The Trufrost (Model G 3100 TN) measures approximately 1795 × 600 × 860 mm (W × D × H) with internal storage dimensions of 1337 × 430 × 560 mm, providing around 339 litres of usable refrigerated volume. It features three solid doors and three adjustable shelves, all mounted on heavy-duty lockable castors for mobility and convenience. The ventilated cooling system maintains a temperature range of 2 °C to 10 °C using eco-friendly R600a refrigerant, controlled through a digital temperature panel that ensures consistent, even cooling throughout the cabinet. The unit draws about 275 W of input power and has a net weight of approximately 127 kg.
