The Trufrost (Model GN 3100 TN) refrigerated work tables, mounted on heavy duty lockable castors, combine storage and preparation thereby enhancing the effectiveness of kitchen professionals. Available in a choice of two refrigeration systems – Ventilated or Static with fan, these Chillers or Freezers are available in 2 and 3 door options.

The Trufrost (GN 3100 TN) measures approximately 1795 × 700 × 860 mm externally with internal storage dimensions of 1337 × 530 × 560 mm, providing a total capacity of about 417 litres. With three doors and three shelves, the ventilated cooling system (using R600a refrigerant) efficiently maintains chilled conditions within the +2 °C to +10 °C range, while the sturdy top surface supports food prep and ingredient staging. This model is particularly suited for larger operations requiring significant chilled storage adjacent to active prep areas.
