It is powered by a 0.25 kW motor and operates on a standard 220 V/50 Hz electrical supply, making it suitable for typical commercial bakery environments. The unit weighs 48 kg and has external dimensions of 515 × 625 × 585 mm (width × depth × height), balancing robust build quality with a space‑saving footprint. Its slicing mechanism can produce 31 slices of 12 mm thickness per loaf, accommodating breads up to 36 cm in length and 16 cm in width, with an adjustable press plate to suit different loaf heights.
