Ideal for chilling, transporting, holding, or serving, this cart offers exceptional functionality. It can be loaded well in advance of the event and moved to the banquet service area when needed for connection to the power supply.

The Trufrost (CHC 540) offers a 540-litre refrigerated capacity with a temperature range of approximately –2 °C to +8 °C, making it suitable for preserving perishable foods at safe chilled conditions during events or between service points. The unit uses an eco-friendly R600a refrigerant and operates on a 220 V/50 Hz power supply with around 260 W input power, while its 60 mm insulation thickness and ventilated refrigeration system help maintain consistent internal temperatures even in ambient conditions up to about 40 °C. Built with a single solid door and mounted on wheels for mobility, the CHC-540 accommodates up to 20 GN 2/1 pans internally, offering structural versatility for banquet setups. Its robust stainless-steel construction and external dimensions 877 × 900 × 2030 mm.
