Trufrost Convertible Refrigerated Single Drawer (CRD-1)

The Trufrost (Model CRD-1) Convertible Refrigerated Single Drawers are perfect for storing prepped ingredients and are designed to enhance the efficiency of chefs by allowing for placement of countertop cooking equipment right on top of these refrigerated drawers. They also maximise space utilisation by eliminating the traditional equipment stands. Available in two variants with a single and double drawer options, the temperature of each drawer section can be easily converted from chilling to freezing and vice versa.

The Trufrost (CRD-1) measures approximately 905 mm in width, 700 mm in depth, and 600 mm in height, with internal drawer space sized about 675 × 565 × 205 mm, giving a usable volume of around 55 litres. The unit uses a ventilated cooling system with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, and its input power is 240 W. The temperature in the drawer can be adjusted between chilling (+2 °C to +8 °C) and freezing (–18 °C to –22 °C), making it suitable for storing a variety of prepped ingredients. It has two shelves inside the single drawer and a net weight of about 72 kg, allowing it to be positioned under counters or used as a countertop stand to save space and improve workflow in busy foodservice environments.
