The Butler Conveyorised Multipurpose Impingement Oven (Model Gusto-800E) (Window) is a heavy-duty commercial hot-air impingement oven designed for high-volume food service environments such as restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and catering operations. this oven incorporates a conveyor belt system that moves food through a high-velocity hot-air cooking chamber, enabling rapid, even baking, roasting, toasting, and finishing of products with excellent consistency. It features a side window for easy monitoring of the cooking process and operates on a single-phase 220 V/50 Hz electrical supply with a maximum temperature capability of around 300 °C, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial cooking applications where speed and uniform heat distribution are critical.

The Trufrost (Gusto-800E) electric conveyorised impingement oven features a wide 800 mm conveyor belt and a spacious hot-air baking chamber, enabling fast, consistent cooking and baking of pizzas, breads, sandwiches, and other products through high-velocity hot-air circulation. It runs on a 380 V/50 Hz electrical supply with an estimated rated power of about 24 kW, supporting efficient heat delivery across its large 1700 × 800 mm conveyor and 940 × 800 mm baking chamber area, and can handle high throughput (up to ~150 pieces per hour for 9″ pizzas) for busy kitchens. Built with stainless-steel construction and a side viewing window for easy monitoring, the unit operates up to about 300 °C (230 °C recommended), has robust dimensions (~1800 × 1510 × 1250 mm), and weighs around 398 kg.
