The Trufrost (Model CTSS-5) is a compact countertop sushi display showcase designed to keep sushi, sashimi, chilled appetizers, desserts and other perishable food items fresh and visually appealing on a sushi counter or food display area. It features an elegant curved glass design that enhances product visibility while helping maintain stable humidity and temperature to prevent food from drying out.

The Trufrost (CTSS-5) is a countertop refrigerated sushi display unit designed to keep sushi and other chilled food items fresh while showcasing them attractively on a counter. It uses a static cooling system with R134a refrigerant and maintains a temperature range of approximately 2 °C to +10 °C to preserve freshness and prevent drying out. The unit has a 52 litre display capacity and comes loaded with 5 GN ¼ pans for organized presentation. Built with a sleek curved glass design to enhance visibility, it measures roughly 1330 × 424 × 311 mm, weighs about 60 kg, and operates on a 135 W power input, making it suitable for sushi bars, buffet counters, and foodservice displays.
