Trufrost Countertop Warm Display Case (CTW-4)

The Trufrost (Model CTW-4) is a compact countertop warm display case designed to showcase and keep hot snacks and desserts at serving temperature, ideal for items like samosas, kachoris, patties, wraps, cutlets, rolls, halwa, gulab jamun, and similar savouries and desserts.

The Trufrost (Model CTW-4) features a single layer with four GN 1/3 pans for versatile food presentation, has external dimensions of approximately 773 × 420 × 336 mm (W × D × H), and maintains a temperature range of about 30 °C to 90 °C to keep food warm and ready to serve. The unit operates at around 500 W and combines steel and glass construction for durability and visibility on countertops in cafés, snack bars, and retail food outlets.
