The Trufrost (Model CS‑43) is a stylish and functional curved glass, 3‑layer refrigerated cake showcase from Trufrost’s Classic collection, designed to beautifully present and preserve cakes, pastries, desserts, dairy products, beverages, yogurt, cold cuts, sandwiches, and more in a retail or hospitality setting such as cafés, coffee shops, sweet shops, bakeries, and restaurants. It features three display levels (base plus two shelves) with double‑tempered and specially heated front glass that enhances product visibility while reducing condensation, combined with ventilated refrigeration and auto‑defrost for consistent cooling throughout the unit. The showcase maintains a cold temperature range of approximately 2 – 8 °C, uses R134a refrigerant, and is finished in an elegant black glass and stainless steel design with under‑shelf LED lighting, a digital temperature controller and display, and castors for easy mobility. Its curved glass front adds a premium look and maximizes visibility of displayed items, making it ideal for upscale food display and retail environments.

The Trufrost (CS‑43) has a total capacity of 459 litres with dimensions of 1200 mm (W) × 730 mm (D) × 1200 mm (H), and maintains a uniform cooling temperature range of approximately 2 – 8 °C thanks to its ventilated refrigeration system and auto‑defrost feature.
