The Trufrost (Model DTF-4 NEU) is a countertop ice cream and gelato scooping display with a curved glass lid on a stainless steel base and digital temperature indicator. It holds 4 × 5 L pans (with option for GN 1/6 pans), maintains a serving temperature of −18 to −22 °C, and uses R-290 refrigerant with LED lighting and hydraulic hinges for easy opening, making it ideal for self-service settings like buffets and outdoor catering.

The Trufrost (DTF-4 NEU) It features 4 x 5 L pans (360 × 165 × 115 mm) for product display, with the option to use smaller GN 1/6 pans to show additional flavours (pans not supplied). With overall dimensions of 867 × 735 × 446 mm and a total volume of 77 litres, it maintains a temperature range of –18 °C to –22 °C using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and consumes 210 W of power. Stylish LED lighting enhances product visibility, and strong hydraulic hinges facilitate easy opening of the lid.
