The Trufrost (Model DTF-3) is a compact desktop ice cream and gelato scooping display designed for commercial counters and self-service setups. It features an elegant flat glass lid with robust hydraulic hinges and LED lighting on a stainless steel base, and holds three 5 L pans (with optional GN 1/6 pans for additional flavours). The models are aided by a pair of strong hydraulic hinges for ease of lifting/opening. These models also come with a stylish LED lighting to perk up the displayed foodstuff and are ideal for self service applications such as outdoor catering and buffets. The scooping displays can be placed on a counter or carefully planned as a drop-in.

The Trufrost (DTF-3) is a countertop ice cream and gelato scooping display with a 40 litre refrigerated capacity, designed to hold three 5 L pans (360 × 165 × 115 mm) for showcasing your products. It features a flat top glass lid with strong hydraulic hinges and LED interior lighting on a stainless steel base, and maintains a temperature range of approximately –16 °C to –18 °C using an R-134a refrigerant. The unit’s compact external dimensions are about 670 × 750 × 360 mm, and it runs on roughly 170 W of power, making it suitable for cafes, ice cream parlours, and buffet counters.
