The Trufrost (Model GDO-2D-4T Premia) is Gas based Deck Ovens come in two variants – EFO/GFO series with microcomputer controller &  steam generator and EDO/GDO series without steam. The outer cabinet of both variants is finished in brushed stainless. They are specially designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. Using infrared radiant heating tube, they bake the food rapidly and uniformly. The required temperature can be set up to 300 degree C and controlled automatically. Ideal for hotels, restaurants, bakehouses and bread shops, the single deck oven can take 2 EN trays, the 2 Deck Ovens can take 4 EN trays and the 3 Deck Ovens can accommodate 6 EN trays.

The Trufrost (GDO-2D-4T Premia) It operates with a gas pressure of around 2800 Pa and has an electrical power requirement of 120 W for its control systems, while consuming approximately 600 g/hr of gas, making it suitable for professional kitchen and bakery environments. The oven can reach and maintain temperatures from 0 °C up to 400 °C, and it accommodates 4 EN trays (two per deck), offering ample capacity for medium‑volume baking. Constructed with a durable brushed stainless steel exterior, this model weighs about 250 kg and has external dimensions of approximately 1340 × 900 × 1380 mm (W×D×H).
