The Butler (DS-520FS) Table Top Dough Sheeters come with special motors and work on a two-way pressing mechanism that avoids tearing of the dough whilst optimising the output. Equipped with a safety shield, they are designed to operate smoothly, safely and reliably. All parts that come in contact with food are made of stainless steel or are specially plated to meet the required hygiene standards for food. They are designed for pressing dough in bakeries, hotels and restaurants and canteens.

The (DS‑520FS) is a robust tabletop dough sheeter featuring a 0.75 kW motor that drives its two‑way pressing mechanism to roll dough smoothly without tearing. It runs on a 220 V / 50 Hz electrical supply and weighs 255 kg, making it substantial yet stable during operation. The machine’s overall dimensions are 2780 × 875 × 1230 mm (W × D × H), with a reduced footprint of 2080 × 875 × 1230 mm when trays are not pulled out, and it is equipped with rollers that are 520 mm long operating at about 133 rpm for consistent dough sheeting.
