The Trufrost (Model BM-1/1) Electric Griddle Plate is a commercial electric Bain-Marie designed to keep prepared foods warm and at safe serving temperatures in buffet lines, catering setups, and professional kitchens. Built in a GN 1/1 compatible size, it features a modular, multipliable design that allows multiple units to be paired together to suit larger service needs.

The Trufrost (BM-1/1) Electric Griddle Plate runs on 1.8 kW of power and operates on 220-240 V/50 Hz, providing a temperature range of 30 °C to 85 °C to gently hold soups, sauces, gravies, and hot dishes without overcooking. Its compact dimensions of approximately 340 × 560 × 280 mm (W × D × H) make it easy to fit on counters or service tables, and it can accommodate separate GN containers (not supplied) for versatile food presentation and maintenance during service.
