The Trufrost (Model Prodigy – Convex) is a premium range of convection ovens that come with state-of-the-art features such as steam regulation, 3 fan speed controls, reverse fan flow for uniform baking, side opening strong hinged door that automatically opens up after each baking cycle so as to avoid over-cooking. The advanced computer controls, easy placement of 5 x 1 EN trays with an average pitch of 70-90 mm and a stainless steel AISI 304 cooking chamber makes them ideal for bakeries, snack bars and cake shops that need to heat up or cook croissants, cookies, pastry, bread and a vast variety of baked dishes.

The (Prodigy – Convex) is offering a 6.0 kW power rating with support for both single-phase and three-phase 3-380 V/50 Hz electrical supply. It features a robust stainless steel AISI 304 cooking chamber and advanced controls including steam regulation, three fan speed settings, and reverse fan airflow for uniform baking results. The oven accommodates 5 × EN trays with an average tray pitch of about 70–90 mm inside its spacious cavity, while the overall external dimensions are approximately 840 × 849 × 789 mm and the internal cavity measures around 663 × 481 × 584 mm. It weighs about 91 kg and operates across a temperature range of 5 °C to 350 °C, with a side-opening hinged door that automatically opens after each bake cycle to help prevent over-cooking and improve workflow efficiency.
