The Trufrost (Model EGP-900) is a heavy-duty electric griddle plate from the Butler series, designed for versatile and consistent cooking of a wide range of foods such as dosas, chillas, parathas, meat, fish, sausages, fried eggs, and other Indian-style tawa preparations on a full flat steel surface. making it suitable for high-volume cooking tasks where durability, ease of cleaning, and even heat distribution are essential.

Trufrost Electric Griddle Plate (EGP-900) It features a robust heating element with adjustable temperature control from 50 °C to 300 °C, ensuring homogenous cooking and reliable performance for commercial kitchen environments. The unit operates on a 380 V/50 Hz three-phase electrical supply with a 6.6 kW power rating, and its external dimensions are approximately 900 × 515 × 260 mm, while the actual griddle plate measures about 898 × 413 × 10 mm.
