The Trufrost (Model Indo Grill Premia) is a commercial-grade electric flat contact grill engineered for versatile cooking and regenerating of a wide range of foods without grill marks — such as paranthas, chillas, mini uttapams, mini dosas, wraps, and steaks — making it ideal for restaurants, cafés, and catering kitchens. It has combining durability, consistent performance, and easy cleaning for high-volume foodservice use.

The Trufrost (Indo Grill Premia) features flat top and bottom cast iron plates for even heat distribution, a self-balanced upper plate that adjusts to food thickness, and a timer with touch control screen for intuitive operation. The grill operates on 2.8 kW power, offers a broad temperature range (50 °C–300 °C), and provides a generous cooking surface of 340 × 230 mm housed in a compact stainless-steel body measuring approximately 425 × 400 × 210 mm, with a net weight of about 21 kg.
