The Trufrost (Model OMG-215 Premia) is a versatile electric omelette grill from the Butler series designed with flat top and bottom cast-iron plates that include a 10-inch moulded cavity, making it ideal for cooking or regenerating foods like omelettes, paranthas, chillas, mini uttapams, mini dosas, and pancakes without grill marks while preventing overflow or spilling thanks to the shaped cavity.

The Trufrost (OMG-215 Premia) operates on 1.8 kW power with a temperature range of 50 °C to 220 °C, features a timer and touch control screen for precise cooking, and is built with self-balanced plates and easy-to-clean surfaces for convenience in commercial kitchens, cafes, and catering setups. The unit has external dimensions of approximately 360 × 478 × 218 mm (W × D × H) and weighs around 15 kg, offering a compact yet capable solution for high-volume food preparation.
