Trufrost Drop-In 4 Layer Cake Showcase (DI-515)

The Trufrost (Model DI-515) drop-in 4 layer showcase has all the features of regular free standing showcases but allow the flexibility of the refrigeration unit to be dropped in to the counter to allow for a uniform aesthetic to a coffee shop or a patisserie. Ideal for showcasing cakes, confectionery and chilled bevergaes.

The Trufrost (DI-515) features double-tempered heated front glass to enhance product visibility and prevent condensation, auto defrost, ventilated refrigeration for even cooling, and LED lighting under each shelf, all controlled via a digital temperature display. The unit measures approximately 515 × 535 × 1470 mm, offers a 180 litre display volume, maintains temperatures in the 0 °C to 12 °C range, uses energy-efficient R290a refrigerant, and consumes around 500 W of power.
