It features a robust stainless steel body, a high-quality pizza stone cooking surface for excellent heat retention and crisp crusts, and temperature controls that allow operators to set and maintain a constant baking temperature within its wide range. The oven also includes an insulated chamber to improve thermal efficiency and a peep-in viewing window so you can watch food bake without opening the door and losing heat. The Trufrost (Model Neapolitan Forni) is a professional-grade pizza stone oven built with an all-stainless-steel body and a high-quality pizza stone to deliver authentic brick-oven style baking at temperatures up to 500 °C. It runs on 380 V/50 Hz three-phase power with a 5.0 kW heating capacity and offers a wide temperature range of 20 °C to 500 °C to suit high-temperature pizzas, flatbreads, naan, pita, and sourdough products. The oven measures approximately 950 × 875 × 395 mm (W × D × H) with a pizza stone dimension of 660 × 660 × 15 mm and an internal chamber sized about 662 × 690 × 160 mm, and weighs around 68 kg. It also features temperature controls, an insulated chamber for thermal efficiency, and a peep-in window for monitoring baking progress.
