This optimal efficiency is ensured by the rotation of the rollers on themselves, thanks to an asynchronous motor. This sausage warmer is particularly popular in hot dog concepts during rush hour for prompt service.

The Trufrost (HBG-9) Hot Dog Grill features nine rotating rollers powered by an asynchronous motor that ensures even heating and consistent temperature maintenance across all sausages. The unit operates on 220 V / 50 Hz single-phase power with a total power rating of 1.8 kW, and its compact yet sturdy construction measures approximately 600 × 400 × 375 mm (W × D × H) while weighing around 15 kg, making it easy to place on counters or service stations.
