The Trufrost Hot Holding Bins (Model HHB 4.2) provide the warm holding capacity required by foodservice operations. With stainless steel constructed exterior and cavity walls, the Holding Bins feature a solid state digital control system for precise heater temperature control. The unit features 4 cavities, each accommodating two holding pans i.e., a total of 8 pans. Adjustable upper and lower heaters offer maximum flexibility in setting the precise food holding temperatures. Food is kept at the desired serving temperature and not overcooked. Extended hold times reduce waste and offer the flexibility to address peak/off-peak demands.

The Trufrost (HHB-4.2) hot holding bin provides four heated cavities (total 8 holding pan capacity) in a stainless-steel cabinet designed for commercial foodservice operations. It offers an adjustable temperature range of approximately 30 °C to 100 °C with digital controls and display for precise heat management, allowing food to be held at the desired serving temperature without overcooking. The unit features independent thermostats for each layer, upper and lower adjustable heaters, automatic heating, a heat dissipation fan, and energy-efficient heating film for uniform heat distribution. It runs on about 3000 W input power, has dimensions of roughly 936 mm (W) × 627 mm (D) × 410 mm (H), and weighs approximately 82.5 kg net (100 kg gross), making it suitable for busy kitchens where extended hot holding is needed.
