Both models come with thermosiphonic heating of coffee groups and pressure gauge for steam boiler, 1 hot water output and automatic level control for boiler an heating up stage. 2 hot water doses. It is equipped with a large cup warmer in stainless steel that allows the user to have cups near at hand.

The Trufrost La Carimali (Cento Plus E1) features thermosiphonic group heating, a built-in pump, programmable coffee doses and pre-infusion, a pressure gauge for both the boiler and pump, temperature probe and a friendly display for easy control. The machine has a 4.0 litre boiler capacity, measures 410 × 515 × 497 mm, and runs on 1.85 kW power at 220-240 V / 50 Hz (single phase), with a weight of around 32 kg, making it a solid choice for consistent espresso extraction and steam performance in professional settings.
