The Trufrost (Model Prodigy -Deck) is a premium range of deck ovens. They come with advanced computer controls, a high quality pizza stone and a stainless steel AISI 304 cooking chamber and steaming function that makes them ideal for bakeries, pizzerias, snack bars and cake shops that need to heat up or cook pizzas, quiche, croissants, cookies, bread and a vast variety of baked dishes.

The Trufrost (Prodigy – Deck) is featuring a 4.7 kW power rating that delivers efficient and consistent heat with an integrated steaming function and advanced computer controls for precise operation. It has a stainless steel AISI 304 cooking chamber and includes a high-quality pizza stone, making it robust and easy to clean. The oven’s external dimensions are approximately 838 × 787 × 456 mm with an interior cavity of 610 × 456 × 212 mm, providing space for 1 EN tray, and it weighs around 51 kg. Designed to operate on a 1-phase 220 V/50 Hz electrical supply, it offers a wide temperature range from about 5 °C up to 350 °C.
