The Trufrost (Model Indo Grill Premia DT) is a commercial-grade flat contact grill designed for versatile cooking in cafés, restaurants, and catering setups where food items don’t need grill marks. It features flat top and bottom cast iron plates for even, consistent heat distribution and a self-balanced upper plate that adjusts to the thickness of the food, making it ideal for preparing or reheating paranthas, chillas, mini uttapams, mini dosas, wraps, steaks, and similar items with minimal cleanup.

The Trufrost (Indo Grill Premia DT) unit includes a timer and touch control screen for precise cooking control and operates on 2.2 kW power with a temperature range of 50 °C–300 °C. With a cooking surface of 360 × 285 mm and overall dimensions of about 410 × 305 × 210 mm, it strikes a balance between performance and countertop space, and weighs approximately 15.5 kg, making it easy to position in busy commercial kitchens.
