It includes an integrated insulated storage bin with a 2.2 kg capacity, allowing ice to be held conveniently on-site without the need for a separate freezer. This unit runs on a standard 220 V/50 Hz electrical supply and uses an efficient refrigerant system to ensure consistent performance, while its design focuses on energy efficiency and ease of use in busy foodservice environments.

The Trufrost (Model Wow Gelato-12) unit is capable of producing up to 18 kg of bullet-shaped ice cubes in a 24-hour period, with an integrated insulated storage bin that holds approximately 2.2 kg of ice and helps reduce condensation and water formation during storage. It forms hard, crystal-clear bullet ice (≈ Ø 35 × 39 mm) using an air-cooled refrigeration system powered by a standard 220 V/50 Hz single-phase electrical connection and utilizes R134a refrigerant for consistent cooling performance.
