The Trufrost (Model WOW Gelato 7) is a professional-grade gelato and ice cream display freezer designed for use in dessert shops, cafés, and restaurants, featuring space for 7 x GN 1/3 pans that allows attractive presentation of multiple flavours. It has a refrigerated volume of approximately 142 litres and operates within a temperature range of about −13 °C to −22 °C, ensuring gelato and ice cream stay properly chilled for service. Built with a stainless-steel base and elegant curved glass for excellent product visibility. 

The Trufrost (WOW Gelato 7) It features space for 7 GN 1/3 pans, giving about 142 litres of refrigerated capacity to display multiple flavours simultaneously. The unit operates within a temperature range of approximately –13 °C to –22 °C to keep gelato and ice cream properly chilled for service, and is built with a sturdy stainless-steel base and elegant curved glass for excellent product visibility. Measuring roughly 1420 × 680 × 740 mm, it uses R-404a refrigerant and has a rated power input of about 860 W on standard single-phase electrical supply.
