Trufrost Refrigerated Saladette with 2 doors (S-900)

The Trufrost (Model S-900) is a 2 Door Saladette with a refrigerated display top and a night cover that can take in frozen yogurt toppings, salads and more. It comes with pan supports for 1 x GN 1/1 pan, 3 x GN 1/3 pans and 3 x GN 1/6 pans (not included). The refrigerated section in its underbelly is good for additional storage.

The Trufrost (S-900) underbelly of the unit provides additional chilled storage, while the static cooling system with fan and environmentally friendly R600a refrigerant maintain consistent temperatures roughly between +2 °C and +8 °C. With external dimensions of about 900 × 700 × 876 mm (W×D×H) and an internal volume of around 240 L, it includes two adjustable shelves, two doors, and weighs approximately 81 kg, offering a balance of capacity and compact footprint for busy counters.
