The Trufrost (Model RO-32G) is the gas-powered variant of the 32-tray rotary rack oven, designed for commercial bakery operations that prefer gas heating. Like its electric counterpart, it is constructed with high-quality stainless steel and features an advanced hot-air circulation fan and rotating trolley system that deliver uniform heat to every tray, helping produce consistent results across large batches of breads, pastries, and more. It includes labour-saving features such as easy rack insertion and a design that minimizes heat loss, and operates on a 380 V/50 Hz supply for its motors and controls, with a power draw of around 3.1 kW and an Italian burner for reliable gas heating. This model also comes with one trolley capable of holding 32 trays, catering to high-volume baking needs.

The Trufrost (RO-32G) gas-powered rotary rack oven shares the same large 32-tray capacity and sturdy stainless-steel build as its electric counterpart but uses gas heat for energy-efficient commercial baking. It has an electrical drive power of 3.1 kW for the fan and controls, and a gas power output in the range of approximately 93,379–107,745 BTU/hr, all supported by a 380 V/50 Hz electrical connection for motors and control circuits. The external dimensions remain 1660 × 2730 × 2400 mm with an overall weight around 1950 kg, and the oven includes one trolley for its 32 trays, providing even heat distribution and uniform baking through its rotary hot-air circulation system.
