Trufrost (Model GDO-1D-2T Premia) is Gas based Deck Ovens come in two variants – EFO/GFO series with microcomputer controller &  steam generator and EDO/GDO series without steam. The outer cabinet of both variants is finished in brushed stainless. They are specially designed for baking bread, cakes, pastries and more. Using infrared radiant heating tube, they bake the food rapidly and uniformly. The required temperature can be set up to 300 degree C and controlled automatically. Ideal for hotels, restaurants, bakehouses and bread shops, the single deck oven can take 2 EN trays, the 2 Deck Ovens can take 4 EN trays and the 3 Deck Ovens can accommodate 6 EN trays.

Trufrost (GDO-1D-2T Premia) It operates on liquefied petroleum gas with a gas pressure around 2800 Pa and a gas consumption of about 300 g/hr, while requiring a 220 V/50 Hz electrical supply (60 W) for its temperature controls and display. The oven accommodates 2 EN trays, supports temperatures from 0 °C up to around 400 °C that can be automatically controlled, and has a sturdy brushed stainless steel exterior ideal for hotels, restaurants, and bakehouses. The unit weighs approximately 135 kg and has external dimensions of roughly 1340 × 900 × 660 mm (W×D×H), offering reliable performance for small to medium‑volume commercial baking operations.
