The Trufrost (EPO-1D Touch) is a single-deck version of the touch-controlled pizza oven, designed for smaller spaces or lower throughput demands while still providing consistent stone-based heat for even pizza cooking. It has the same stainless steel body, high-quality pizza stone, and computerised touch controls with a temperature range up to 350 °C. making it ideal for smaller kitchens or lower volume baking requirements.

The Trufrost (EPO-1D Touch) is a compact mini electric pizza stone oven with a 2 kW power rating that runs on 220–240 V/50 Hz and offers a temperature range from 0 °C to 350 °C, controlled via a computerised touch interface for precise baking settings. It features an all-stainless-steel body, high-quality pizza stone surface, and a peep-in window to monitor baking, with a stone size of 400 × 400 × 15 mm and a cavity of 400 × 400 × 120 mm. The unit’s overall dimensions are approximately 560 × 570 × 280 mm (W × D × H) and it weighs about 19 kg, making it ideal for small kitchens and high-consistency pizza baking.
